Nobody is saved from the challenges of life. Life can crush even the strongest of us. Today we are going to dive deeper and see why this happens. Why does life have to crush us multiple times during our time here on earth?
We have to realize that nothing in life is free. There is no such thing as a free lunch. If we want to grow in all aspects of life, we need difficulties. When life feels comfortable there is no reason for us to grow.
The Higher Intelligence, God, The Universe, Your Higher Self, whatever name you want to give to that power (I will call it God), God wants us to grow in strength and wisdom. This is why you will encounter an enormous amount of challenges and setbacks throughout your life. Life is not meant to be easy because the purpose of being alive is to grow spiritually, mentally, and emotionally.
We are put on this earth to evolve in all possible aspects.
If you have lived life long enough, then you have probably been through some very dark places. Darkness is part of the whole. Light and darkness work together to create the reality of our world. Without light, there is no darkness. And without darkness, there is no light.
Once you realize that your faith, courage, strength, resilience, and wisdom will be tested multiple times throughout your life, then you have awakened to the truth, which is:
We have spiritual gifts but we must continuously develop them.
If you feel crushed by life, that’s okay. Accept that reality right now. However, remember that this is temporary. Nothing in our 3D reality lasts forever. Everything comes and then it fades away. This means that your hard periods will be one day be over and better days will come. After the good days are gone, hard times will come again, and so on. The process keeps repeating.
You must go on the inner journey in the depths of your soul and look for strength and wisdom there. Meditate, pray, do introspection, contemplate your existence on earth, do whatever spiritual practice suits you the best, and find that inner connection to your soul.
Remember that your soul is infinite. It has unlimited strength and wisdom, your job is to dive deeper and connect to that.
If life keeps crushing you, again and again, congratulations. You are being called to grow. You are being called to connect to who you are on a deeper level. And once you do that, you will find everything you are already seeking.
